Created by CBG Architects, one Australia’s most widely recognized and awarded studios, the four-level design features a selection of thirty-one contemporary 2 and 3 bedroom residences. A cascading façade entwines plant life through built form using wood and greenery layered with glass and concrete textures. Across subtly stepped components that recede into a singular, unifying structure, a vertical expression of timber battens and walls of glazing are a generous conduit for natural light, illuminating expansive interiors. Refined with a considered simplicity of architecture makes Cascade undeniably sophisticated.
